Initial service includes Deep carpet and upholstery cleaning, air register cleaning and install charcoal filters on all registers, dryer vent cleaning, surface cleaning, disinfectant fogging, air scrubbers for 48-72 hours, Ozone ionizer for 48-72 hours (odor eliminator), mold spore air samples (if needed at an extra charge), and dehumidifier for 48-72 hours.
Monthly Service includes Full home disinfectant fogging (anti-viral/antimicrobial), 3 stage air scrubber equipment for 24 hours, Ozone Ionizer (odor eliminator) equipment for 24 hours, and dehumidifier equipment for 24 hours.
Disinfectant Fogging and Anit-Microbial Residential/Commercial (all surfaces).
Full home or office fogging with environmentally safe disinfectant for anti-viral or anti-microbial cleaning to help combat Covid and or mold spores. We use the same disinfectant used in hospitals and dentals offices to ensure a professional and safe fogging.
Deep Carpet Cleaning and upholstery cleaning
Residential carpet cleaning to eliminate dust, pet dander, pet hair, and or mold spores which cause allergens before air scrubbers and Ozone Ionizers are used.
Commercial Grade Air Scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and Ozone Ionizers
Commercial grade 3Â stage Hepa and charcoal air scrubbing, dehumidifiers, and ozone Ionizers to eliminate allergens and foul odors. Equipment set up for 48-72 hours.
Mold Inspection/Air Sampling
Visual mold inspection with thermal imaging, moisture meters and air sampling with labs results. Includes remediation protocols and clearance test.
Chimney and Dryer Duct Cleaning
It's important to clean the chimney annually and dryer ducts. This service is provided to ensure clean air after air scrubbing and Ozone Ionizers are used.
